It is not recommended that you remove the roses from their box. The roses are attached to the boxes using strong adhesive. This allow the roses to stay in place and not change the carefully designed arrangement they are displayed in.
No, they have gone through a delicate preservation process and should not be watered.
Typically, preserved roses last more than a year, however in the right conditions, they can last even longer. Please see our care card to optimize their longevity.
We have 2 shipping methods, USPS and UPS depending on how quickly you want your roses delivered. In both cases, the roses are incased in their display box with cover. They are then put inside a silk bag to protect them from dust. From there, they are packed in a shipping box insulated with sustainable packing peanuts to absorb any bumps on the road.
Yes, for both USPS and UPS, a tracking number will be sent to you via email for you to track your package.
